That said, after a surgery where breast tissue is removed from a guy in his 20's, we would presume the wound is small and serous (yellowish fluid) from the wounds edges would be just a little bit. If the area seems swelling or oozing more, there may be fluid trapped. Surgeon may recheck.

Best resource : Is your surgeon as you have probably received clear instructions about what to expect and when to call. A serous drainage following surgery is common, but the only person that has the 360 view is your surgeon and his or her team.
