Hello, i have ibs-c. i'd like to ask if there are any good substitutes for linzess? it's quite expensive & i'm looking for an alternative. thanks.

IBS_C: If you have very little or no urge for bowel movements, try taking daily a gentle bowel stimulant containing a stool softener. SenokotS is such a product. Follow label instructions. Drink adequate fluids and include soluble fiber as tolerated. Avoid the laxative habit. A gastroenterologist may have other tips for you.
