Possibilities...: Before the days of the chicken pox vaccine, most people caught chicken pox, which are water blisters all over the body. The blisters break easily when rubbed or sractched. Chicken pox still happens, but is less common now. A doctor can look to see what the rash is, because other skin disorders can also cause similar little "water-filled pimples" such as eczema, shingles, bacterial infections, etc.
