Possibilities...: Before the days of the chicken pox vaccine, most people caught chicken pox, which shows up as little water-filled blisters all over the body. The blisters break easily when rubbed or sractched. Chicken pox still happens, but is less common now. A doctor can look to see what the rash is, because other skin disorders can also cause similar little "water-filled pimples".
