Had mohs surgery on my face, dr says to use vaseline only, im 3 weeks out from the surgery and im concerned about the thick red scar and if theres anything else i could use to promote healing. thank you! ?

Time to see same doc: Specifically postsurgical conditions have to be addressed with the doc who performed surgery. Never use creams or ointments found on internet or recommended by friends or relatives. Facial skin is extremely delicate and the less topicals are used, the better chances for recovery.
