A member asked:

Could a dr/nurse on here fill out driver medical report form from the dmv? also known as medically at risk drivers program

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dr. exam, then note: A doctor can write a note after doing an in-person exam and reviewing a patient's history. The goal is usually to make sure that people (all people) are safe enough to drive on roads. A doctor's note is his written, signed, professional opinion, on whether a patient can or cannot do a particular activity. An in-person exam gives confidence to the doctor's opinion.
