Rush: I am not quite sure what you mean by "rush". However, it seems your are sensing some type of blood flow. The inner thigh is where anatomically the femoral artery, vein and nerve run. I am pretty sure you are feeling or sensing the blood through through one of your vessels. Most likely the artery.
