Baby is 10 months and also teething.. had a hole in his ear 3 weeks ago with infection and nou it looks like it is starting again no drainage of fluid like previous time but has one bloodshot eye he is rubbing all the time?

Time for re-check: Three weeks from an initial ear infection is prime time for a repeat. Any infection creating a hole in the drum would likely seal over/heal initially but that too deserves a re-check. I would do so at your convenience. It may be something else that is troubling him.
