Systemic Rx: Acne on the trunk usually require a systemic treatment such a tetracycline 500 2x/day. Even as an adult, if it is bothering you and this is not sufficient, consider a course of accutane. It's not cheap, pleasant, or without risks, but it might make your life much better.
