So me and my sister have alike underwear and i thought hers was mine and washed in a washing machine at 70 degrees celsius and then wore it. any chance of any kind of contamination?

Contamination?...: Things one might get from doing a sibling's laundry: get a big thank-you from the sibling if you do the laundry correctly and fold the clothes, or get yelled at for a week if you do the laundry wrong and end up shrinking the clothes or bleaching color out... which means, always ask before doing another's laundry. Can't get much else from doing laundry or wearing laundered underwear. No worries.
