My ent go increase dose 5 times on my allergy shots will shots still work if it not right on 24 hours apart from donating plasma i donate monday and wednesday mornings and cant do shot tuesday afternoon ?

No easy answer: First we have to know what ingredients are there in the allergy shots you are getting, second, what schedule, concentration and duration. Kindly ask your doctor who is prescribing the allergy shots, or seek a second opnion from a board certified allergist , if you have access to one, good luck
