Doctor can evaluate: A doctor can evaluate if such nausea symptoms last more than a couple of days. Nausea can be due to many things, such as: stomach virus infection, other viral infection (such as seasonal flu), some bacterial infections (such as strep throat), gastric reflux (heartburn), gastritis (may be H. pylori), gall bladder disease, certain cancers, pregnancy, some kidney diseases, medications, etc...

Nausea: There are many possible causes for nausea, first trimester pregnancy being only one of them. Would suggest letting your doc know as work up might be needed.
