Healthy: Healthy diet & exercise. Should be able to eat most anything. Ideal is a near vegetarian diet, smaller amounts of red meat, healthy proteins (beans, lentils, lean chicken or fish), plenty of fruits and vegetables. Smaller quantities of food, very few empty calories (sugar, pasta, white rice, white bread) & drink more water.
