Who's transmitting?: Since STD infections are transmitted by sex, then the key to success is not having sex... or only having sex with one person (such as a spouse who is also NOT have sex with anybody else). So, after guaranteeing that nobody is having sex with anyone except between the two infected people, they can recheck at the lab that chlamydia is cured after antibiotics. Otherwise, sex still transmits STD's.
