Vasectomy ?'s: A reversal of a vasectomy is not a guarantee that the procedure will be successful, but "ejaculation 7 days later" should not decrease the chance of a successful vasectomy. Your urologist will ask for a specimen of your ejaculate at some point to determine if live sperm can transit the corrected obstruction.
