First trimester preg: Cramping and slight spotting is common in first trimester of pregnancy. A lot of development/changes are occuring in the womb. Follow up closely with your doctor. Good luck.

I got a late period after 41 days of my 1st day of last period. Lasted only 2 days (normal 4). Blood filled 2 complete pads. [blood Flow -1pm-2am, 11am- 9pm]. See attached pic (2nd pad). Had cramp pain a bit more than usual. Any chance of pregnancy?
