Polycystic Ovaries: Polycystic ovarine syndrome is a syndrome associated with excess androgens and that is where your acne is coming from. There is an association with insulin resistance too and that is why many women with polycytic ovarian syndrome are over weight. Have a visit with your doctor or gynecologist this is a problem that can be controlled.
