Not legally: Trepiline is amitriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant used for the treatment of depression and some other disorders. Patients should have medical care through a prescribing primary care doctor or specialist. Getting it without a prescription (and without getting it directly from one's doctor) is generally not legal in the US. One's primary care doctor can help.
