No way out: A person may rarely vomit after a shot because: she was going to vomit anyway for an unrelated reason (nothing to do with the tetanus shot), she is scared of needles (people sometimes faint after a shot), she is having a rare allergic reaction to the shot (she may have other symptoms such as a hives rash). Vomiting after a shot is rare, and there is no way to "vomit out" the shot.
