Hmmm....: A vaginal discharge looking like mixed old blood, coming out at the time that one's menstrual period is expected, might actually be that month's menstrual period. If the next regular period a month from now is again unusual, or if there are other symptoms or concerns, one's primary care doctor or Ob-Gyn doctor can be contacted for an evaluation. If any pregnancy worries, can do a home urine test.
