Find a life coach: Life often sends challenges our way that we may not have the skill set to conquer. You wouldn't try to self treat your bad appendix & shouldn't try to fix this alone. Your regular doc should know a life coach/therapist who can help you sort out your feelings and learn the skills needed to deal with these issues. Do the work & life can get better.

Give yourself credit: Both of those two life circumstances are giant responsibilities. Both can be draining. reach out to student health , a counselor, life coach and see your PCP for a good exam , there are medical issues to rule out and some good interventions to be assessed for.Be kind and generous with yourself, You deserve some support and assistance
