I urgently required post exposure prophylactic after i had a risky experience. the doctor prescribed me adco emtevir. after doing research it looks like this is prep and not for post exposure. is that the correct prescription for pep?

OK for PEP: Adco Emtevir is the same as Truvada. It also can be used for PEP and should work fine. If you remain uncertain or concerned, check back with the doctor who prescribed; or see an HIV expert if your doctor isn't one. Good luck.
