Discuss with your Dr: Your specialist should be the one to answer your questions! It sounds like you have the manometry report, but no explanation behind it? Hopefully you will have a follow up appointment to go over your test results! As a general rule, LES length less than 2.0 cm is seen in GERD. Your other findings (decreased LES resting pressure etc) are often seen in GERD because the LES is not squeezing tightly.
