Good day i have a 11 weeks daughter and has been struggling to poop since the third week, she can go three to five days without poo and seems to be restless, please advise if something is wrong with her? she is breastfed only and passes a lot wind

May be normal: Breast fed babies can poo a little every feed or overflow a diaper once every 7-10 days. If soft it is normal. Straining or grunting sounds also do not mean constipation,weak belly muscles make them use their fussing muscles to help push poop along.If baby puts out rabbit pellets dry poop they are constipated.
