Sounds ok for Mom: Haven't heard of problems for the baby, if the Mom is using fluticasone nasal spray for rhinitis (such as allergic rhinitis). That is probably because the amount of fluticasone absorbed into the Mom's body from the Flomist or Flonase spray is really small, such that there may be little or none of it getting into her breastmilk.
