Sertraline: Typically if you took an extra dose by mistake your symptoms should resolve in 24 hours. Do not take today. Symptoms of overdose include the following: nausea and vomiting, dizziness, blurred vision, agitation, insomnia, altered mental status, hallucinations or mania. People will typically experience hypertension, tachycardia, hyperthermia, mydriasis or diphoresis with flushing or tremor.
