Some thoughts...: Gastric reflux, stomach flu, or food poisoning types of illnesses can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach burning, abdominal pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, loss of appetite, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be severe or last a whole week. A doctor's exam may be needed.
