How do you treat a uti if youre in a foreign country and unfamiliar with the antibiotics and medicines??

Clinic exam!: Because antibiotics must be prescribed by a physician for a UTI you will have to be examined at a medical clinic. A doctors prescription is needed for antibiotics in most countries & it would be unsafe to blindly take them without a proper evaluation, which would include a urinalysis, anyway.
