No: State medical boards require a physician to have an established relationship, a retrievable patient record, recent history & physical & often vital signs to prescribe any medication. Failure to comply can result in loss or restriction of their license. If you need refills on medications, contact the originating doc and comply with their refill requirements. They refill if appropriate.
