Check blood betaHCG: If you had a blood pregnancy test (a betaHCG level which is more reliable and accurate than a urine pregnancy test) and it was reported as negative, the probability that you are indeed not pregnant is quite high, despite the fact that you have some pregnancy signs and symptoms and think that you are.
