I had a c-section on the 19th of march 2019. i now have period pain like pain even though i am not on my period and mild pain on the right side of my kidney area. is this something i should be worried about?

Abdominal pain ?'s: If you have not been on birth control since your March C/S, and pregnancy is possible, get a serum HCG test to be certain. Your abdominal discomfort may also be intestinal in origin, and related to irritable bowel disease or even lactose intolerance (milk, dairy products). See your physician for appropriate testing and an exam.
