Doctor can evaluate: A middle-aged adult with chest pain and feeling weak or dizzy can see her doctor to be evaluated. Pains can come from a heart attack (bad), other heart disorders, the ribs and their joints, the lungs inside the chest, stomach acid reflux, etc... People with such chest symptoms usually go to the ER by ambulance, because early treatment is important (in case it is a heart attack).
