Abcesses: It appears that your hair follicles may be colonized by staphylococcal bacteria and pustules or early boils are forming around your pubic region. In my experience this calls for a prolonged course of potent antistaph antibiotics like dicloxacillin(as long as you're not allergic to penicillins). Discuss with your physician or consult an infectious disease specialist or a dermatologist. Warm soaks
