Worried. i noticed that my daugter has some blue mark around her mouth. asked her about it and she doesn't know what it is from. she is 5 years old.

Hard to assess: The description is vague. If you pull down a lower eyelid & the inner lid skin is nice & pink it is not a heart issue. It may be a bruise or stain (popsicles might do it). I would need to look at it to begin deciding any other possibilities.
