VERY VERY UNLIKELY: Headaches most likely related to stress unless other bodily symptoms occur. Migraine is usually not a daily symptom.

Maybe: A full work up for headache may include a cardiac exam such as an echo , but a cat scan of the head , carotid dopplers and a battery of labs would usually be done first. BP and sugers checked and treated if neccesary as well as input from a neurologist if felt appropitae.
