A 2017 study found that among older adults taking NSAIDs, inappropriate use was detected over 70 percent.

No: Being healthy, one need not be overly concerned if s/he has only taken this combination once by mistake. Understand that taking these two medications together may lead to increased risk of bleeding. Seeing blood in the stool (bright red or black, tarry), coughing it up, significant unexplained bruising, or a wound that doesn’t stop bleeding should prompt a doctor call.
