"Plan B" ?'s: Taking "Ella" after Plan B will not increase chances of preventing pregnancy for this cycle. If your period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. If negative, start oral bcp's then, and maintain punctuality (within same hour each day).
