Nothing is 100%: but plan B within 24 hrs lowers pregnancy at least 90% lower. THere isn't good data on safety of Ella after plan B, BUT since the hormones are unlikley to stay around 40 hrs, the worst expected would be longer and slightly more severe symptoms you've already got. If currently none, there might be some. These are safe drugs.
