Plan B ?'s: Taking "Plan B" eleven days before ovulation will not provide adequate (dependable) contraception . If your period does not occur when expected, wait another 7 days and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about possible pregnancy.

Plan B issues.: Plan B works mainly to supress ovulation, though it may interfere with implantation. . If you are using it as " on demand" contraception, consider the new non hormonal vaginal gel, Phexxi. It works by lowering the ph to make the environment inhospitable to sperm. It needs to be placed prior to sex and is 90% efficacious.
