I have a pimple near my scrotum its been there for about a week now. it hurt for the first couple days but the pain has gone down significantly but the size of the pimple has stayed the same if not gotten bigger ive never had sex so i dont know ?

Scrotum pimple: Treat just like pimple on face for 2 weeks (wash with soap and water, dry, apply antibiotic ointment twice daily) - if not resolved go in person to Urgent Care to be seen.
