Often dietary: Consumption of green leafy vegetables, green food coloring & iron supplements can cause green stool. .Food may also be moving through your large intestine too quickly, which may be seen with diarrhea, & so bile doesn't break down completely. I suggest going for a general medical exam to be on the safe side. Also, make certain you are eating well & avoid too much alcohol & all illicit drugs!
