What occurs if a woman gave birth with no medical attention whatsoever?

Very risky: Both she & baby could die if baby gets stuck from an obstracted delivery or eclampsia. Baby could died if umbilical cord is wrapped around it's neck. Baby might not breathe at first or be chocking on saliva or meconium leading to brain damage &/or cerebral palsy. Mother might die from blood loss if uterus fails to contract & continues to bleed. Mom might sustain a severe vaginal & even rectal tear.
