Good day. my little daughter 2years4months has rash on the back of her hand, we have been given clotrimazole 10mg/g but the rash is not getting any better. it started as a few hard pimples but now it is almost covering most of her hand.

Basics: If a good treatment does not work you are likely treating the wrong thing. The description is too vague to point to a specific cause. I would have her seen fro proper diagnosis/rx.
