My permanent retainer has become loose. help?

Re adjusting: The permanent retainer is not something that you can fix it yourself. If it is loose, you need to see your Ortho or, dentist to re adjust and, or re- cement it.

Loose retainer: A loose permanent retainer can actually act as a lever arm to displace teeth. Important that it be fixed/replaced immediately, preferably by the practitioner that made it. If that's not geographically possible, make an appointment with a local specialist Orthodontist. Expect to be charged a fee for the service.
