Abscess?: No cream will help for something this size. Growing so rapidly, it's probably an abscess of some sort, which probably will need antibiotic treatment and perhaps surgery for incision and drainage. See a doctor ASAP -- do it immediately if the area is very tender, has spreading redness, or if you have fever. Good luck.
