Urban myth: The problem of antibiotics interfering with hormonal birth control (pill, insert, hormone shots) is very rare -- mostly a theoretical problem. It's not quite an urban myth, but it's very rare. In theory cephalexin (Keflex) could do this, but it's so rare you really needn't worry.
