A member asked:

Head circumference of my 15 month baby boy is 50 cm..56&59cm is the head circumference of his mother and father. is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: As cited both parental HCs must also be used along with their adult height to determine how they relate to that of the child. If you both are average height for gender mom=75%,dad=90%. With those numbers I would think there could be an inherited effect but would still do more to make sure nothing else was going on.
