Wash your hands: There are many things that cause anal itching unrelated to pinworms. Food sensitivity, bacterial & fungal infections, piles, and more. If you are getting pinworms repeatedly you must be exposed to a source. You consume the eggs that contaminate your fingers & they travel to your colon where they live. The female migrates out your anus & lays eggs there in a sticky film that triggers itching.

Pinworms: (Enterobius vermicularis). Did you take mebendazole (Vermox), albendazole (Albenza) or pyrantel pamoate (Reese’s Pinworm Medicine) & repeat in 2 to 3 weeks? Did everyone in your household get treated? Pinworm eggs can survive on contaminated surfaces up to 3 weeks.
