I have pain on my back when passing stool, i am not constipated but it is really painful and i have fear of going to the toilet .this has been going on for about three month , some days i am okay but now it is constant ?

Back pain: Rectal pain of various types can refer to the back. The pain could be prostate, rectal problem such as fissure or hemorrhoid. Lower abdominal abscess or mass could cause these symptoms.

Agree with Dr. H: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms have been present for long enough for you to see a doctor, preferably a colo-rectal surgeon.
