I exposed my penis to harsh cleaning chemicals from my hands which caused balantis, incl discharge. could this have triggered a dormant gonorreah/clamidia infection (3-5 years after possible infection) no previous known visible symptoms.

Wouldn't think so: These germs are rarely known for dormancy although they can have few symptoms in early stages of the disease. If you test positive it is more likely a recent exposure. A balanitis during exposure would make symptom free disease unlikely.
